Our specialty is delicious cuisine created with the ingenuity and passion inspired by the fantastic flavors of the Maine coast and rustic forest towns of Maine. We take great pride in improving upon your favorite Maine dishes in new and creative ways.

Chef’s Spicy Italian
Capicola and pepperoni, marinated tomato, shaved onion, fire roasted red peppers, house pickles, cherry pepper relish and fresh melted mozzarella. Bread is grilled with our house sandwich oil.
